Condolence & Memory Journal

I have many fond memories of my days working with John on the L&N Railroad and the Family Lines, then the Seaboard Systems and finally on the CSX! He was always a perfect gentleman and was one of the most conscientious railroad conductors that I had the honor to work with.
My prayers are for the LORD to comfort and strengthen the entire Settlemire family during this sad time!

Our lives have been greatly enriched just by knowing this kind, sweet man and his family. Heaven is sweeter now that he has arrived. His singing has left a lasting impression in our hearts and we are thankful for the memories.

The family is in our prayers,
God bless, Billie and Tony

Mr. Settlemire had already retired when I went to work on the KD Subdivision. Stories of him were still live and well when I worked in this territory.

My condolences to the Settlemire family.
